“I would recommend anyone trying to obtain a loan modification to use this company. I did some research online and read the MSNBC Mandelman Matters report, and he highly recommended CDA Law so they were the first firm I called. I made an online inquiry and Laurie called me back and we went over our situation and some financial information which was needed to access whether or not we qualified. I really did like the fact that they stated that they did not accept cases in which they felt would be denied.

Laurie called me back after underwriting looked over our financials and made the assessment letting me know we did qualify and thought they could help us. The whole process started mid August 2010 and my husband and I obtained our permanent modification on Feb 10 2011. We were approved first for a trial modification under HAMP (Home Affordable Modification Program) for 3 months. Once our fifnal payment was received it took about 3 weeks to receive the permanent modification. During this whole time period, CDA Law kept in touch with us and answered all my questions and continued to make phone calls on our behalf and basically gave us the peace of mind we needed. The price equaled about two loan payments which they spread out over 2 payments with a final payment of $149.00 when you receive your modification. I really feel if we had decided to try this on our own, we probably would not have gotten it. This is well worth the investment and I trust this company.”

“About a year ago I was in dire need of getting my mortgage modified. I tried working with my lender to no avail. “It’s finally done! My Modification is completed and thanks to CDA Law Center. For the past year and half I tried to modify my loan by myself thinking it was easy…It was a rude awaking not just for me but my wife. My loan was always moving from different lenders and every time I try to modify I was getting denied. I was under pressure scared that I was going to lose my home. When I first started this process on my own, I was declined twice due to different items that were not properly completed. Every time I contacted my lender I received different direction. “I was introduced to this company by a professional associate that I have worked with for 10 years and whom I know to be someone who researches the companies they deal with. On his recommendation, I called CDA Law Center and went through an initial review of my situation. I talked to Valentino my Case Manager this week and he mentioned that some new clients were a little afraid to enlist with his company. Suzie Bryant was given our case, she should of run LOL! this young lady works magic I am not kidding , I called her crying saying the bank is going to foreclose on us I tried to explain to the bank what was going on but they didn’t care I am rambling to this poor girl in hysterics. She said Christina calm down let me take care of it, I will call you back in little awhile try to relax alright. I said its almost 5 what can you do? I will tell you what she did-she had me set up with a temporary mod in less than 90 minutes. She called me back said they are going to put you on a three month trial your first payment is Dec 01 and to top it off, my payment was almost cut in half.
