I am very satisfied with my decision to hire the CDA Law Center to help me obtain a favorable loan modification with Chase. Like many people, my husband and I refinanced our house in 2005 when the market was booming. The REST Report platform is a $10 million dollar, 600+ screen, enterprise level banking and Loan Disposition Analysis software product. There is a very high probability, that it is the same platform utilized by your lender/servicer.
The REST Report also determines the likely outcome and terms that you may achieve during a modification, and also calculates the lowest price your lender/servicer would likely accept in a short sale scenario, if that is your goal.
