- Copies of most recent payroll stubs - 2 months both borrower and co-borrower, provide what you have if no pay-stubs
- Copies of last 2 years W-2's - again both borrower and co-borrower
- If self-employed, provide copies of Tax Returns for most recent 2 years - all schedules
- Copies of last 3 months bank statements for all bank accounts, all pages. Contact us with any questions.
