EXISTING CLIENTS
If you need to reach A Supervisor or Attorney during business hours to discuss a matter regarding your case, our client Ombudsman will connect you with the appropriate Department Manager or Attorney to address your concerns. We want all of our clients to be fully satisfied with the services provided by CDA Law Center. Please remember, only your lender can determine the ‘time” and “outcome” regarding their decision to offer you a loan modification, and programs change guidelines from time to time. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE. Please get us ALL requested documents in a timely manner, and be aware that different servicers or programs may have different document requirements, and these may need to be updated if requested by your servicer. CDA Law Center cannot guarantee any specific outcome to your case, as we provide legal services designed to allow your lender to make a decision on your loan modification financial package and request.
